I looked at a photo of my partner and suddenly had multiple different negative thoughts about them and if I would care if they died. It didn't sound like my thoughts at all, and as I had that thought, I looked more broadly at my monitor and noticed

The way I see energy isn't really visual at all. I can somewhat sense it, but vision comes from visualizing the feeling. I couldn't tell you what the energy around me feels or looks like because I can't seem to sense it very well
